PWL Policies

PWL Dance

These policies apply to all students attending classes at PWL Dance. By enrolling in classes, students and/or parents or guardians confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to these policies.

1. Enrolment

Registration in any class confirms acceptance of these Policies. PWL Dance reserves the right to refuse or cancel enrolment at its discretion where it believes participation may not be appropriate or safe.

2. Fees and Payment

  • All fees must be paid in full prior to the start of the term unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Places in classes are only confirmed once payment has been received.
  • Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable except where classes are cancelled by PWL Dance.

3. Missed Classes

No refunds, credits, or transfers will be issued for missed classes including but not limited to:

  • Illness or injury
  • Holidays or personal commitments
  • Transport issues
  • Withdrawal during term

4. Behaviour and Conduct

All students must behave respectfully at all times. The following behaviour will not be tolerated:

  • Disruptive behaviour
  • Bullying or harassment
  • Disrespect toward staff or students
  • Physical aggression

5. Right to Remove Students

PWL Dance reserves the right to remove any student whose behaviour is unsafe, disruptive or inappropriate. No refund will be issued.

6. Health & Medical Information

Parents or students must disclose medical conditions, injuries, disabilities or learning needs before attending classes.

7. Safeguarding

PWL Dance is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. Parents must ensure children follow instructions and are collected promptly.

8. Injury and Liability

Dance is a physical activity and carries risk. PWL Dance cannot be held liable for injuries unless caused by proven negligence.

9. Dress Code

Students must wear appropriate dancewear and footwear as required by PWL Dance.

10. Photography & Media

PWL Dance may take photographs or videos for promotional purposes unless parents notify the school in writing.

11. Changes to Classes

PWL Dance reserves the right to change class schedules, teachers or locations where required.

12. Personal Property

PWL Dance cannot accept responsibility for lost or damaged belongings.

13. Acceptance

By enrolling in classes at PWL Dance, students and/or parents confirm they agree to these policies.
